Finding the right training provider is paramount in supporting you through the three stages to achieve Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) status.
I've spent over 30 years within the training arena, with the last 20 years training and developing trainers in various skills sets, such as first aid, defibrillation, moving and handling and ambulance training.
For the last 3 years I've been a driving instructor trainer delivering training to both private customers and for RED Driving School, providing instructor training and assisting ADI’s in preparing for their Standards Check, a regular assessment to ensure we continue to meet the industry's standards.
When you join Tony L’s Driving School, you can expect the following:
Part Two Training
This course consists of 10 hours of training and focuses on teaching you the fundamental skills and techniques needed to drive at an advanced level, demonstrating a high level of competence in different road and traffic conditions.
Part Three Training
This course consists of 40 hours of training and focuses on teaching you the fundamental skills and techniques used to deliver driving lessons. These skills and techniques form the foundation of any lesson, whether you’re teaching a new learner to move off and stop safely or a full licence holder to drive on motorways. By perfecting these areas, not only will you be able to deliver all lessons confidently and competently, but you will be able to adapt quickly and easily to any changes in your customers learning goals and needs.
Part Three Validation Training
If you opt for a trainee licence, you must complete a further training within the first three months from the date of issue of your licence. This course further develops those skills and techniques you learnt in the (ADI) Part 3 training course.
ADI Standards Check Training
This 6-hour training session will review, refresh and develop your skills and techniques in delivering driving lessons. It will also help to prepare you for the ADI Standards Check, a regular assessment to ensure you continue to meet the industry’s standards.
ADI Refresher Training
This refresher training will review, refresh and develop your skills and techniques in delivering driving lessons and will ensure you continue to meet the industry’s standards.
No matter your training requirements, I have a package to meet all budgets. If you'd like more information, advice or to discuss driving instructor training further, you can call me on 07977 048876, email me at tony@tonyldriving.com or fill out the form below.
